Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide and coordinate essential health
services to inmates at Saskatchewan Penitentiary as a general practitioner.

Objectives: The Contractor must provide essential general practitioner health services to inmates, as requested by the Chief Health Services, in accordance with the National Essential Health Services Framework.

Deliverables: The Contractor must provide inmate care during clinics held at Saskatchewan
Penitentiary, up to a maximum of 15 hours per week.

Expected Delivery Date: 2015-10-01 to 2016-09-30 plus two one year option periods.
