Manage the corporation’s internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) and requirements.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and manage SLAs enterprise-wide
  • Partner with internal teams to create and maintain system component relationships
  • Monitor SLA performance and report on compliance
  • Create and implement service improvement plans

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident communicator with strong analytical skills
  • Multi-tasker who embraces change and collaborates across work teams
  • Innovative thinker committed to service excellence

What you’ll need:

  • A degree in engineering or computer science and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Specialized courses in service management
