Manage the corporation’s internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) and requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and manage SLAs enterprise-wide
- Partner with internal teams to create and maintain system component relationships
- Monitor SLA performance and report on compliance
- Create and implement service improvement plans
What we’re looking for:
- Confident communicator with strong analytical skills
- Multi-tasker who embraces change and collaborates across work teams
- Innovative thinker committed to service excellence
What you’ll need:
- A degree in engineering or computer science and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Specialized courses in service management
