Experience with adult learning methodologies required
Based on identified gaps, you’ll determine the best approach to help employees meet their language requirements by teaching them English or French as a second language.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare curriculum and learning objectives
  • Deliver lessons, exercises, tests and assignments
  • Provide tutoring and coaching to senior leaders
  • Research best practices for teaching tools and methods

What we’re looking for:

  • Passion for education and continuous learning
  • Relationship-builder and team player
  • Solid understanding of organizational learning concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of approaches in second language acquisition

What you’ll need:

  • A degree in education, linguistics, French or English and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Fluency in both official languages
  • Experience teaching French and English to adults
