Design learning programs, including the visual elements, working collaboratively with in-house graphic designers and the human resources team.

What you’ll do:

• Consult on the design and delivery of learning programs
• Edit and revise learning content
• Create original designs and recommend imagery, typefaces and colour
• Mentor and coach colleagues on standards and best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Customer-focused team player who excels at building partnerships
• Multi-tasker with strong conceptual skills
• Proven communicator and coach

What you’ll need:

• A degree in human resources or visual communication and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Understanding of organizational learning concepts and models
• Knowledge of visual communication principles
